Not likely: Abnormal cells on your cervix are microscopic.  That is why a colposcopy is needed to see them and take biopsies.  These abnormal cells do not cause pain.

Needs evaluation: Ascus stands for atypical cells of uncertain significance. The pap smear is a screening test that samples cervical cells imperfectly.   In the presence of hrhpv,  a dysplastic or precancer lesion may possibly be present, even though the pap smear didn't show dysplastic cells.  For that reason, a colposcopy looking at the cervix with a microscope should be done with biopsies of suspicious areas.

No: Most women do clear their HPV infection. Do keep getting PAP smears as advised by your doctor. Rimming is not increasing you risk of anal cancer over what you have otherwise.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

ASCUS: It indicates that you do not have precancerous condition, but the follow up is indicated since hpv was detected and ascus was identified. Bacterial vaginosis can be detected by pap and is easely treatable and completely benign condition. Protected sex is advised.

No/Yes it can be,,,: This doesn't go away, and can spread if not treated.  Your next step should be colposcopy and likely a cone biopsy to remove this.  As it is a virus it can be contageous.  If you have a high risk hpv, like types 16 and 18, it would be wise to be diligent about getting your pap smear screen every year.  Best of luck.

Two reasons: you have to discuss with your doctor  1) you may have supra-cervical hysterectomy ( means  still have cervix )  2 )  vagina also prone to get malignancy ( Genital  HPV infection ) that could be reason. Speak to your Gyn doctor will explain to you and assure you that will need regular follow up care .

5 months ago my pap came back abnormal with high risk hpv now she said my pap smear came back normal does that mean its gone? or hasn't gotten worse?

Pap Smears: It would appear to me that you are confusing two different results on pap smears.

First, the main reason for a pap smear is to examine the cells to  see if any of them have changed to predict a risk of cancer. 

Second, the cells are studied for high risk hpv dna to see if there is any risk of future changes that would predict cancer.
