Why?: "low blood pressure" is a pop / fad / unscientific diagnosis that's dished out especially in europe, generally when a person wants a diagnosis but the physician can find nothing else the matter. Legs should be long enough to reach the ground, BP enough to get blood to the body. Don't treat a number. Stay fit, trim down, do what you can to make friends who are physically fit, and feel good.

Pain scale: This is a numerical scale from zero to ten. Based on the rating it allows us to develop a treatment plan and then use the scale to assess efficacy of treatment. It is quite accurate in acute pain but in chronic pain i find it quite useless.

Genetics: If you've completed puberty you aren't likely to grow taller.  Girls complete puberty by ages 15 to 17 &amp; for boys it is by ages 16 to 17. However, if one enters puberty late, they will usually also complete it late. Our height is largely determined by genetics (our parents' height).  If you are healthy (no unusual causes for stunted growth/ smaller stature) then there is not a way to become taller

Keep a well balanced diet and make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. Don't cut out exercise as it is very good for you. Weight lifting and other muscle building exercises can help you increase your body mass.
