Yes.: The testicle forms in the abdomen of the fetus and gradually descends to the scrotum, but the origin of the sensory nerve stays in the abdomen. The warm to cooling effect is a referred sensation that tracks up to the origin of the testes.  In any case, it's not "normal" to have spontaneous pain in the testes so I encourage you to see a doctor.

i was cleaning my guinea pigs cage out last night and i was bent over. just as i stood back up i had a warm sensation through my lower abdomen.?

Not unusual: You were bent over for a while, the muscles were tightened up and there were more clothes folded over that area.  When you stood back up there was some inner friction when the muscles stretched back out.  Also the folded clothes will trap more body heat.  It is like when your hands get cold if you will put them under your leg on the chair it will warm them up.

Nonspecific: This symptom is nonspecific and could be due to abdominal muscle strain or inflammation, inflammation of the colon, referred discomfort from gastritis,peptic ulcer,etc. If the discomfort persists or worsens, a physician would have to take a thorough history,perform an examination and order appropriate test in order to make a diagnosis.

Bug bites: Sounds like it can be a bug bite.  A pic would help.  You can try some hydrocortisone over the counter twice a day, in addition drawing a circle around the "bite" with a pen.  If the redness goes beyond that line, then should be evaluated for infection or if no improvement in a few days, same thing with being evaluated.

Nondiagnostic: The pop you experienced is quite nonspecific. The other ensuing symptoms could be the result of anxiety about the pop. If there are no further abdominal symptoms and you feel back to normal, sit tight  and observe for any other symptoms. See your physician as needed.
