i hava a 3 year old who suddenly had a rash that went from her face to abdomen.
she has a fever at night when on sleeping. 
the rash is clear but very itchy.

she complained about headaches and stomach aches too?

See her doctor: There are many possible causes for this, but most commonly a virus which will go away by itself with time, or strep. Strep needs to be diagnosed by a visit to her doctor and a strep test and does need treatment with an antibiotic. Therefore, I recommend that you take her to her doctor to be properly diagnosed and treated if necessary. Hope she feels better soon.

Antibiotic allergy: Hi there.  Well, I don't have to tell you CDiff is a really bad infection.  Fever is pretty common along with explosive green foul smelling diarrhea.  Belly pain is common too (due to toxins)  The rash I'm guessing is due to the antibiotic your on.  Oral vancomycin, flagyl, rifampin or a fancier antibiotic called Dificid (fidaxomicin) can be used.  You need to let your doctor know ASAP.

See your doctor: various infectious, allergic, and other inflammatory conditions may cause this including food or contact allergies, viral infections, medications etc and would need more extensive review. happy to consult but otherwise see your doctor soon esp if persistent to identify underlying cause(s) esp if any changes such as new medications, foods, soaps/bath oils, sexual practice, travels, etc

ABOMINAL PAIN.: Rash with abdominal pain could suggest vasculitis or connective tissue diaease.I suggest youn see a gastroenterologist.

Liver disease: Upper right sided abdominal pain with nausea, loss of appetite and itchiness may be signs of liver disease, obstruction of bile ducts. Jaundice and a change of the stool color are an additional signs of that. Blood tests and liver US or CT of abdomen will give more information.
