Back pain: This could be any one of a dozen things. The only way in which to investigate this is to be seen by a doctor, examined, have some labs and imaging studies done, all after providing a full history. Frankly this sounds very severe and should be looked into immediately. If you cannot see a family doctor now, go to an ER. Good luck.

Maybe not, but...: Symptoms such as nausea (with or without vomiting), some fatigue (feeling less energetic), a sharper/stronger sense of smell, mild soreness/swelling of the breasts, and maybe some food aversions and cravings, can happen with other conditions, not just with pregnancy. However, if the pregnancy test was done less than 2 weeks after possible conception, a woman can repeat the test a week later.

You need GYN eval: to find out why sx's are so severe. NSAID’s, SSRI’s, hormone meds, OTC meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise &amp; acupuncture are excellent for PMS / period. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol &amp; salt. Get GYN eval to R/O underlying pathology.Consider omega- 3 fatty acids, magnesium (supplementation or through diet) or Black Cohosh with dr ok. Sipping Chamomile can dissipate pain

Low platelets: You have several things that make me concerned about the health of your bone marrow.  The bone marrow is the place where red cells, white cells and platelets are produced.  Please see your doctor.

Common causes are lack of hydration, low iron, calcium, potassium, or overuse due to gait abnormality.   Ge to your doctor for a check up and be sure to tell about the priorminjury so this can be checked. Periodic limb movement can look, like this as well.
