Hard to tell: Need further info. How long does pain last? Does physical activity provoke or exacerbate the pain? How old are you? Do you smoke? Does heart disease run in your family? These questions should be answered to a health care professional, probably sooner than later. Don't presume to know what your problem is before you can have a doctor or extender.

This is unlikely to: be due to an STD or a cardiac issue. I suspect it is just deconditioning. Take your concerns to a health care provider and get a thorough evaluation.

Reflux gastritis : you need to see a GI doc who would assess your gastritis  and manage. Also suggest him the you need to be evaluated for lactose intolerance. Then Aegean allergy specialist to do  RAST test for food allergies. Avoid foods that you are allergic too.

Possibly: Sudafed is pseudoephedrine, which has some similar activities on the parasympathetic (involuntary) nervous system; it may increase the pulse, increase blood pressure (usually at higher doses than 30mg); it's possible that in some people it may increase peristaltic movements of the bowel muscles, and thereby cause some bloating and a sensation of tightness.

i'm 33, a smoker.  nexium (esomeprazole) for acid reflux.  surgery for endometriomas in may.  now i have chest tightness/bloating/upper back pain.  should i worry?
