Irregular BC use: When you are irregular at taking your BC pills you run the risk of getting pregnant.  Have you taken a Test?  You could also have an infection called bacterial vaginosis.  You should see a dr to get it checked out.

Needs testing: Vaginal discharge requires an examination to determine the cause and treatment. Bacterial vaginosis is the most common cause and often has a vaginal odor. Vaginal itching can be a sign of a yeast infection.  Discharge can be a sign of an sexually transmitted disease. Anal itching may or may not be related. An exam will be needed for evaluation and testing

Yeast or medication: If you just recently placed Monistat into the vagina then you may be seeing the medication. You could also still have an infection. If you are certain that you are not seeing Monistat come our of the vagina then schedule a visit so the vaginal discharge can be tested.
