Maybe not: Those areas are not necessarily innervated by the surface skin nerves cut during the C/section. Those are deeper nerves that may have been impacted by the pressure of the pregnant uterus. Consult with your OB surgeon to ensure that there were no complications from the surgery involving those deeper nerves.

Skin? : It would be incredibly abnormal to have skin coming out of your vagina after a c-section. In fact this doesn't make sense. Perhaps you are referring to lochia which is the normal discharge that occurs after having a baby. I highly suggest scheduling a visit with your ob/gyn for an evaluation.

Get checked: This could be just from the hormonal shifts that occur after a pregnancy but it is best to have your doctor check and make sure you do not have an infection.

Many different cause: There many different causes of pain with intercourse or dyspareunia. It would be difficult to get a short answer without a physical examination. Therefore i would recommend following up with your gynecologist.  Did this pain exist prior to childbirth? Are there any other associated symptoms such as urinary symptoms, vaginal discharge, itching or burning...? Is the pain with initial or deep penetra.

No: One year is too far removed to think it is due to your c. Section.  Make sure you are getting pap smears.  Sometimes a cervical ectropion can cause brown discharge (this is normal but a nuisance), and of course you need to make sure your uterus is ok.  If the discharge goes on, see your doctor.

Uncertain: Any redness, swelling - clumpy white discharge? Let you physician know.

Yes: Yes. It may not be "lochia" but something else from inside the vagina. An examination by your OB MD should make a determination as to what it is exactly.

If u tried to push : The baby out and the head was stuck in the vagina and the csection was done for cpd then that can contribute to that or if the head was well engaged in the pelvis before the csection that can also contribute to that.
