We need more informa: You may have a urinary tract infection or kidney infection if you have pain or burning during urination.There can be many causes of pain in the back on right side and you should consult your doctor to find out what is causing it.

Vagina: The smell of your vagina can be related to the ph within the vagina.  Many factors may cause changes within the vagina including infections, menstrual periods, pregnancy, and diet.

Diabetic?: Diabetic ketoacidosis can cause a sweet odor, so can elevated blood sugar without being ketotic.  Ketosis in non diabetics is usually a bad odor.  So my best guess would be youre diabetic and your sugars are not controlled!

Need more info: Have you had a period since you had the baby? Are you breastfeeding? If you haven't had a period, maybe you are ovulating and in two weeks you will have a period. If you have had this discharge since having the baby, and it is getting less and less, then it's part of normal post partum discharge. Talk to your doctor for more evaluation if worried.

Check For Diabetes: Patients with diabetes often will let out a sweet smell in their urine and breath! please make sure to have the person evaluated for diabetes!

See a Gynecologist: A sweet smell can be caused by sugar in your urine, glucosuria, which could occur if you have developed diabetes.
Some personal lubricants like Astroglide, have sugars in them, glycerine, which is sweet in taste.
The most common odor in a vaginal discharge is a fishy smell caused by bacterial vaginosis.  
Other diseases like Maple syrup urine disease are very rare.
