Visit doctor: Your symptoms may be related to any number of causative agents such as infectious, allergic or even imbalance of normal vaginal flora leading to overgrowth of some bacteria or yeast. My advice is to visit your doctor or gynecologist to figure out what is going on.

Medication: It sounds like you are seeing the vaginal cream that you inserted coming out. Best to wait a week or so after finishing the vaginally applied medication before reassessing your vaginal discharge.

Sounds like Candida: This sounds like a yeast infection, but without seeing the discharge it is impossible to be sure.  You can get otc products from your pharmacy to treat yeast, but if that does not work would see a doctor quickly.

May be: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about 2-3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

White discharge: Can be normal or a sign of yeast infection.  If it doesn't stop, you may need to take antifungal medication, i.E yeast infection.  If this does not stop it, you will need to see an ob.
