Sebaceous cyst: Sounds like a sebaceous cyst.  These can occur basically anywhere that you have skin.  Be careful that it doesn't become infected.  If it persists you should have it looked at to see if it needs to be removed.

Blisters: In general, don't recommend trying to burst blisters as it creates a portal to infection.

Blister: Blisters are often due to trauma such as friction. To get the area to heal you should keep it drama and or friction free, clean, and dry. If the overlying skin pops and the fluid drains and you may apply antibiotic ointment and keep the bandage over it. Do not attempt to pop or train it your self as this could lead to infection. If it is not resolving in a matter of days or if there are any signs of infection please have your doctor look at it.

how to treat broken blister on breast?

Blisters: A blister is an erosion produced by friction.  It is usually best to leave a blister intact as the top layer of skin is protecting.  Once the top layer is gone, sensitivity increases as does the risk for infection and chance of scarring.  If the top layer is gone, a thin film of petroleum jelly can act as a barrier to protect along with a non stick bandage.

when i go running, my breast rub against my bra and causes these blisters. why is this happening?

Athletic wear: If you do not have an athletic bra, then please get one or two that are soft and that hold you well and comfortably tight; if you are running with an athletic bra, then it seems that the fit is not quite suitable; meanwhile, take care of the blisters; be sure these do not break down further.
