No: Best way is ivf where you bypass the tube altogether.  Tubal reanastomosis is where you use existing tube to make it refunctional. P.

Ectopic pregnancy: If your tube with the ectopic pregnancy was removed, ask your gyn about getting a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to make sure your other tube is not obstructed (an x-ray/fluoroscopic picture).  If open after the x-ray, it is very possible for a normal pregnancy to occur. Test for ovulation with a kit from a drugstore to increase your chances after the HSG.

Recurrent miscarriage: I am so sorry for your losses - this must be incredibly hard. It sounds like you are experiencing recurrent pregnancy loss. If you haven't already, you should see an infertility specialist for a workup, as there may be an underlying problem causing your miscarriages. Common causes include low/high thyroid, genetic mutations, or uterine anomalies. Importantly, this is NOT your fault. Best of luck.

Procedures: With your Fallopian tubes clamped you will not get pregnant naturally. It will require either reversal of the procedure or a fertility physician harvesting egss fertilizing them and then implanting them in your uterus, also a very expensive set of procedures.

Ovulation : The metric to evaluate is ovulation. Are you ovulating?  A fertility specialist will focus on this question not the length of the luteal  phase.  In a woman with proven and confirmed ovulation and a shortened luteal phase Progesterone supplementation can be given.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

took 2 plan b pills with short time in between, now no period for a whole month is this normal? pregnancy test negative.

Sounds ok: Plan B can alter the menstrual for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex (that's about 21 days after sex), because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time. A urine test done less than 2 weeks after sex might give a false negative result due to testing too early.

Yes: Absolutely.   I do recommend you work on stress management.  You would probably benefit from working with a therapist, and maybe an accupuncturist.  There are some great cognitive behavioral techniques in Dr. Daniel Amen's book Breaking the Chain of Addiction.

Accepted Answer

Yes: Women who were born early or whose mothers had pregnancy complications or difficult births should tell their OB providers about those events. But in general, the likelihood of the daughters having those problems is less than their chance of not having them. A detailed history from women in the family is helpful for everyone pregnant whether or not their moms had high-risk OB or other conditions.
