Don't get antsy for: A premature delivery (before a solid 38 weeks). Discuss with your OB &  the pediatrician you've chosen to attend to your baby's health after delivery.

No one can tell but: Look for the following: contractions 5 min apart for one hour, bleeding, water breaking and fetal movement change.  Notify your doctor.

Any time: it's good to have a cervix that is dilated and thinning out, but there is still no way to predict labor. it's hard to wait! :)

Soon: It's so hard to wait, especially at the very end.  Cannot tell when, but once labor begins, it is much shorter than the first time.

Pregnancy: That is one of the great questions of our time.  All I know is babies never stay in they always come out.  Not to be flippant, but your baby will come when it is ready or when your doctor decides you meet the criteria for induction.  Good luck!

Ask your OB doc !!!: You need to be asking your doc, as your doc knows what is going on with you, i assume u mean u are in early labor ? Because many OB docs myself included do not let twins labor anymore even if they are both cephalic so u need to be asking all of these questions to your doc and it is your doc's job to answer them as much best as possible.

First or subsequent?: The onset of "true" labor is difficult to predict, however, sounds like you are very close.  If you've had a vaginal birth before, it's likely to go faster the next time.  If this is your first, then it could take an extra day or even week!  Stay calm and let your contractions do their job.  Your cervix will dilate, and/or your membranes will rupture!

Nope: Tilted uterus is normal. 30 percent tip backward,  70 percent tip forward. No effect of effacing or dilating. If tipped back, you might have more back pain.

Unknown: There are other factors than your weight that play a role in your longevity. However, as far is your weight, keep your bmi (body mass index) within normal range of 18-23. It is based on your weight and height.
