Brown Blood: Brown blood is the blood that is oldest in the uterus and is sometimes seen when the uterus spontaneously needs  a deeper cleaning to express the build up layers of deoxygenated blood.  It is not diagnostic of anything.

hi i have short  lutheal phase with spotting since 7/8dpo. i was given progeffik 200mg and all worked well:no spotting & longer lutheal phase. my doctor this month has decided to give me duphaston 10mg and i'm spotting since 8dpo. is this normal?

Could be normal: Each of the meds you named is a form of progesterone supplement which affects luteal phase of cycle.  Any time one changes exact type of hormone there can be irregular bleeding while your body adjusts, so reasonable to give it another cycle or 2 if bleeding not severe, but call Dr if anything worsens &amp; ask @ other options

Hard to tell by d/c.: If you do not have your period, get a home pregnancy test in one week. If it is negative, but you still don't have your period, repeat the urine pregnancy test a week after the first test. Best wishes for you!

Not sure: I highly doubt the symptoms described are related to pregnancy if indeed you're pregnant. In vast majority of cases, pregnancy is discovered when a period is missed and no other symptoms are present. I suggest you wait until your period is due and then you proceed from there if it is missed or not.

Patience. Patience.: A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly and read correctly, 3 weeks after conception, or a week after missing a period.

Ultrasound: There is wide variation on HCG levels in normal pregnancies for the levels to be reliable indicators of multiple embryos. Examination by ultrasound would be more reliable. See this site for HCG levels.

Possibly: Ovulation occurs with high levels of estrogen which increase days before ovulation to a maximum 1-2 days before. Usually the mucus that is clear that you notice occurs starting days before ovultion. You have about 24-36 hrs from the peak of the mucus to ovulate. You may see some after ovulation, but it will be much less than seen before.

Progesterone: Hi, 15.59 ng/ml is a good level mid cycle and after ovulation, so you should have ovulated then.
