Hormones: I tell women it can take 6 to 8 weeks to have a cycle that's normal following a miscarriage.  Sometimes the lining has to build all the way back up again, in order to have something to bleed from. At this point i wouldn't worry. Likely time will give you your answer. If after another 2 to 3 weeks you still haven't had a cycle consider consulting your gynecologist.

6 months: It can take up to 6 months. You might check with your gyn if you are having other symptoms.

Unprotected sex: If you had unprotected sex it is possible you could be pregnant again.  Check a home pregnancy test.

PG test: Do a pregnancy test and if positive go the MD for evaluation to see if it is a "leftover" pregnancy from the miscarriage or a new one.

May take 8 weeks: May take 8 weeks or more to regulate after a miscarriage.
IF takes 3 months to regulate, testing for ovulation irregularity may be needed

Anovulation: You've had a cycle in which the ovary failed to release an egg.  This disrupts the usual hormone levels and causes the cycle to be abnormal.

passed fetus (m/c) on 2/6, started bleeding again on 2/26 (last day of bleeding from m/c on 2/14). is this a new period or am i still miscarrying?

New period: I suspect your period is starting. Unlikely for a postpartum bleed to stop and start itself 12 days later.

Can be: This can be normal after a miscarriage.  It can take some time for your period to return to normal, but be careful as sometimes you may ovulate, not know it and can still get pregnant again.  Best wishes.

Miscarriage: Get a gyn checkup, pregnancy test and probably a medication to trigger your cycle again.

DUB NEEDS EVAL: DUB(dysfunctional uterine bleeding )  is relatively common but needs an eval. Blood work including thyroid and hormonal studies. Also an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound to evaluate for fibroids and adenomyosis. You also need to be screened for anemia and may benefit from iron supplements
