Ulcer: You could have a penetrating gastric ulcer or pancreatitis or you could actually have a stone in your bile duct. Get checked out.

No: Sex does not cause a missed period unless you are pregnant. If you are pregnant, your HCG level may not yet be high enough to the threshold that the home pregnancy test was made to detect. You should retest in 2-3 days. Other reasons for a late period include stress, a change in your schedule, infection, or medicines.

not a very bad curve in a 38 year old person i would definitely seek another opinion 
upper back pain can be very hard to treat 
but is not usually indicative of serious pathology  and i would tend to doubt that the curve has much to do with it / seek out an orthopedic spine specalist perhaps  best of luck with this problem.

PT won't change curv: Ur pain is usually not due 2 scoli, unless u were not treated and have a severe curve, and they can slowly collapse and cause pain. B sure of the diagnosis. C ur spine surgeon.

Not if negative: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office.    If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days.  See your doctor for irregular periods. You can also discuss your upper back pain and cramps

McKenzie Exercises: Pt for back and neck conditions involve stretching, strengthening, and some range of motion. These exercises start very gently, and then are progressed by a certified pt based upon patient response. All patients are different, so the exact exercises differ as does the progress. Use of heat, rubs, electrical devices and ultrasound is not a long-term answer. No pain no gain to a point.

visit to chiropractor could help you find the problem and get relieved 
over the counter medication like Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) could help as well.

Several causes: Without more information and really an exam it is tough to say. Could be muscular, arthritic, related to pleural disease, etc.  Get an evaluation and work-up to diagnose you properly, so the correct treamtment will follow. Best wishes.

Yes: Especially if hunching forward for a long time. Ribs get flexed downward in front and upper vertebrae bend forward. When you straighten up, one or more may stay 'stuck' in that forward-bent position. An osteopathic hands-on exam and treatment can frequently resolve the problem.If it keeps recurring, consider changing the chair or way your sit or consider prolotherapy.
