Not much: It just means your period is lasting a little longer than usual. Having sex on your period or while you are still bleeding is not dangerous if that is what you are asking. I notice you are 18. Please consider seeing a doctor to discuss birth control. If you are having sex without birth control or condoms you are at risk for pregnancy.

Fluctuation: Occasionally it can be normal to have some irregularity, if this is a one time thing i would wait to see what next month brings.  If you are having pain, pregnancy symptoms or signs of infection then you should see a doctor.

Varies: the paln B progesterone pills can cause bleeding up to 7-10 days- this is a normal side effect. You may want to consider regular birth control pills.

: The most common reason for bleeding on low dose oral bcp's ("Sprintec") is not being punctual in taking the active pills within the same hour of the prior day's active pill, causing breakthrough bleeding", or missing an active pill in a given day.  Stop the current cycle, allow seven days to elapse and start a new pack of pills, which should resolve this problem.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Breakthrough bleed: Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding at the wrong time)  is very common on birth control. It happens in about 1/3 of users. Its no big deal and usually self corrects over time.  If you are not satisfied or it continues to happen  then consider using a different birth control method. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the pill is not working.
