Stop Testing: You are not pregnant. Missing periods happen. Sometimes this is caused by the extremes:  extreme dieting, extreme weight loss, extreme stress, obesity, etc.  If your cycle does not start in the next month you may want to consider seeing your ob/gyn. If you are sure, despite this that you are pregnant then go get a blood test.

Missed pills : When you stopped taking the pills you triggered withdrawal bleeding. You also exposed yourself to potential pregnancy. Use over the counter Plan B if sex was within 72 hours to decrease the risk of unplanned pregnancy.  If pregnancy test is negative in 2 weeks consider a different birth control method

Zoloft (sertraline): I don't know how long you were on zoloft (sertraline) before skipping doses, but withdrawal effects can happen when doing that.  I suggest restarting your medication, and letting your physician know what's happened.  If and when it comes time to taper again, you and your doctor can create a more gradual schedule.

If you are not satisfied or it continues to happen  then consider using a different birth control method. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the pill is not working.
