Normal variation: There is a great deal of variation among folks and body parts, including the penis.  Please ask your doc to examine you to put your mind at ease and then love all that you are.   Don't use penis as a measure of self-worth.   Weight can swallow up the penis and it can look smaller externally.  I don't  know of any studies but i'm sure someone does. Peace and good health.

how do i lose pubic fat?  my erect penis size is 5.75" when i press the ruler to pubic bone. but my erect size without pressing is 4.75". suggestions?

Take it easy.  : The fat is your pubic area may be familial. So take it easy as it will not lead to any complications.  Try exercising and eating right. A general good health and low fat diet may be enough to give you better looks and health. Good luck.

how do you measure penis size (length and girth) i have a wood ruler and measuring tape?

Pubis to penile tip: Push one end of ruler or measuring tape down onto pubic bone, then pull on head of penis &amp; measure on side from base of penis to end of pulled penis. This stretched flaccid length. U can do same during an erection, this will give erect length.

mri shows 2 cysts. size not given in report. does image on mri film show actual size i can measure with a ruler?

No: the "size" IS reported as the "size" ON IMAGING......
BTW it is usually NOT the "size" but the NUMBER and APPEARANCE of the cysts that are the clue to their nature!

Exercise: And healthy diet or liposuction are your only options. Surgical liposuction is really the only way to permanently remove fat and sculpt a figure.

Very rare disease: I have only read the condition in textbook. Not sure why you are suspecting HE? First one should have Hashimoto's thyroiditis. The right sided weakness and numbness can be due to a whole lot of more common diseases and conditions, including some that can be reversed if treated in time. You need to go see a doctor urgently to make the proper diagnosis.

how much cartilage should a 38yr old female have in the pubic symphysis? looking at my xray can i measure it with a ruler?

Varies: Typically, around 4 mm. Might be 2 or 6 mm. If you are pregnant width might get up to 20 mm.

Possibly: An umbilical hernia is at the umbilicus. A spigelian hernia as at either side of the umbilicus. An abdominal surgeon is best to examine you for diagnosis and advice.

Never try it at home: Depending on where you live, if abortion is legal you can easily locate providers in the directory. Sometimes, local Planned Parenthood may over initial consult.
I hope another doctor here  has a more specific answer for you but remember, abortion safety depends on where, when and who performs it. All starts with getting informed and making the right choice. Support from family will be helpful.

For: For practical purposes, there are two kinds:

Physical - like clothing, hats, trees, shade, zinc oxide - that block the sun from reaching the skin, and Chemical - some of which block UVA and/or  UVB, may be sensitizing to the skin, but are more esthetically pleasing and easier to use.    I recommend both.
