Over due: You are close to being overdue.  Do you feel your baby moving?  After 41 weeks there is increased risk to your baby due to the placenta becoming less efficient.  You should see your doctor immediately for an ultrasound and evaluation.  You could have increased amniotic fluid or other problems.  He may want to induce labor or do a C section.

Ask you OB/Gyn: You should be under the car eof a ob/gyn so that he/she can guide you. It is expected that the baby as it enlarges/grows will feel harder than your normal belly.

Early labor?: It sounds like contractions. You might try lying down and drinking a lot of water. If it's really labor, it won't calm down, and you should call your OB or go in to get checked.

You'll find out in: The next two weeks :-).  The baby and all the rest that you're carrying in the front puts some pressure on the veins  coming from your legs into the pelvis.  This causes a back pressure that results in the water retention found so often in pregnant women.  Elevate your feet as often as possible, and be patient.  Best of luck with the new baby.

PLEASE CALL YOUR OB: Now !  as you need immediate evaluation to make sure u do not have pre- eclampsia as u will need to be put on meds and get delivered if u do, and even if u do not have that, u need evaluation of the headache so if i was your OB i would send you straight to the labor room now for evaluation and to check the baby ., so please call your OB now.

No.: Betadine should be avoided in pregnancy because it can affect the maternal and fetal thyroid glands and cause complications from that. Do not use betadine pessaries in pregnancy!

See below...: The most likely explanation for pain that you describe is related to reflux disease or problems relate to your gallbladder.  Both of these are extremely common during pregnancy and easy to evaluate - call your doctor !

Sonograms: It is true that fetal anatomic visualization can be more challenging with increasing gestational age. The maternal weight and body type can also be a potential barrier.

Pregnancy: Although appetite can be slightly depressed towards end of pregnancy but "feeling off" might indicate a GI infection. Please see your physician if it still bothering you.
