Tannic acid soaks: When your feet sweat, it soaks into your socks and shoes.  Foot odor is the result of sweat that feast on germs that are already normally on your feet. Wash your feet, dry them well, wear wicking socks; wear sandals; disinfect your shoes; soak your feet in tea bag soaks 2-3x weekly (2 tea bags to a pint of cool water) the tannic acid helps to reduce pore size and has a anti-microbial effect.

Antiperspirant: Using an antiperspirant may help at first.  The aluminum chloride can block calcium channels and stop sweating.   If that fails, see a physician for evaluation- you may need some lab work to see if you have thyroid issues or another underlying condition.  Botox and Robinul (glycopyrrolate) are other therapies for sweaty hands- both require medical eval.  A dermatologist should be able to help.

When u can't go on: This is a hard questions.  I think most physicians would counsel you to do absolutely every non-surgical approach.  A sympathectomy is effective, but is is surgery, with risks.

If you've exhausted all options, go in for your consult.  Remember, it's just a consult.  Then you can decide on if the procedure is for you.

The : The most important thing that needs to happen is differentiating a diagnosis of anxiety versus possible side effects from vyanse.
Vyanese can cause the following adverse effects (ae's)-in addition to others..
Uncontrollable shaking of a part of the body
irritability
mood swings
frenzied behavior
sweating
it sounds more like you are likely dealing with adverse reactions from your medication than an anxiety disorder. This should be brought to the attention of your doctor right away. After a careful directed history a diagnosis should be made. If the medication is the cause, then  ou may need to have the dose lowered or be switched to a different medication; if anxiety disorder is diagnosed, there are different medications for that. In the meantime i would take a break from dangerous physical activities until this issue is resolved.

Sweaty infants : No need to sweat at your baby's sweaty hands at this age! if the condition is truely diagnosed, it is called hyper-hydrosis.It is 2 types, generalized and focal. Focal hyperhidrosis is due some def. in the sympathetic nervous system., which controls many automatic body functions, including sweating. This problem may be partly caused by genetics. Hopefully your baby is going thru adjustment period.
