Menstrual Pain: This may be menstrual pain.  Pain from the uterus often refers to the back.  If you are having long periods i would recommend evaluation by your gynecologist.

: You probably have infectious vaginitis, you should see your family doctor or preferably a GYN doctor. In the meantime you can do sitz bath with baking soda (1/4 cup of baking soda in 2-3 inches of water in a sitz bath), ten minutes each time, a couple times a day.

See a doctor: I am assuming the discharge you are describing is coming from vagina/urethrea? If you are female, it really depends if you are on your menses/if this is a normal cycle for you. If that is the case it could be endometriosis. If you are a male or female with discharge from urethrea then you need to see a doctor asap as this may be a severe infection or connection between your intestine and urethrea.

Irergular periods : Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated.  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.
