i have missed my period for three and a half months. i also started plexus right before my last period. also i have had protected sex. am i pregnant?

Pregnancy: There are easy ways to find this out. In addition it is relevant to know if you are irregular with your periods. In case you are irregular, and prolonged periods like this have happened before, then it is possible that you are not. But if this is the first time you have gone without menstruation, chances are pretty high you are. Get a home pregnancy test. They are very accurate by this week.

Likely supplements: Definitely possible. As long as you aren't pregnant, it's not much to worry about. I would recommend stopping supplements, for some women it can be an issue.

: Some women who are usually very predictable can skip a cycle occasionally. The amount of delay is unpredictable and there are no real symptoms other than the delay &amp; negative pregnancy tests.  If it goes past two months with a negative pregnancy test many OBGYNs would offer meds to bring on a menses. By that point it would usually be quite heavy.

Depends: Possible you are pregnant?  Get a pregnancy test. Some chance you are premenopausal? Any recent start or discontinuation of of medications, birth control, herbal drugs? Speak to your doctor for further evaluation.
