i have had a sore throat for three days, headache, pressure behind eyes so mich that it hurts when i move my eyes up and down or sideways, i dont cough all the time but when i do cough i cough up pleghm. i do get sinus alot but im worried now ?

Need to see your phy:   You need to see your physician. The headache could be a migraine, it can't be inflammation inside the head, sometimes it can even be problems with the neurologic system. This needs to be evaluated. It has lasted three days. And it's time to do this.
