is it "normal" to have common cold or allergies every two to three months? how do you prevent it? will i need an allergy test to find the cause?

Perhaps but: the average adults have about 3 colds a year and thus your problem may not be unusual until the duration of the cold exceeds 2-3 weeks each time and the occurrence is seasonal. If you have a "cold" every 2 months however, then the chance for allergy rises.  The presence of itching and lack of a fever would point more to allergy and allergy tests would be the answer.

Epistaxis: Colds and allergy can cause dilation of blood vessels on septum and the sneezing, nose blowing related to congestion can lead to epistaxis. See an ENT doctor for treatment if condition persists.

i have been working mon to mon between two countries (tanzania & sa) and today after three months my body is cold, it aches and im so weak. ive been having headaches too. my body is also sensitive to the touch. is this concerning to see a doctor?

Yes:  Assessment is recommended. This could be caused by a number of different infections. Evaluation can help to sort that out.

Throat pain: Get checked by your physician. It may be more than a "H e a d. C o l d" , especially since you have persistent symptoms. If you are feeling fatigued and glands swollen have your doctor check for strep and possibly Infectious Mononucleosis. There are simple in office tests your doctor can perform to rule out certain infections and come to a conclusion about your persistent symptoms . Wish you well.

i smoked cigarettes for 20 years quit smoking cold turkey. been three months and relapsed last week for two days due to low moods and anxiety. i don't have history of depression. now even more anxious and sleep disturbance. will this end ?

: It's often difficult to determine whether symptoms are caused by withdrawal or by underlying depression and/or chronic anxiety. I recommend consulting a mental health professional to help you sort this out and treat you if indicated after the assessment.

See below: You can gently suction the mucous out of the nose using a bulb syringe. Tylenol (acetaminophen) at correct dose only if there is fever. Humidifier can help thin mucous. Please keep your baby away from all tobacco smoke & other smoke. Really no other safe medications.

Migraine Triggers: Some people have specific triggers to their migraines, such as foods or other exposures.  Keeping a headache diary can often help to reveal these triggers.

No: The are no downsides to curry unless you have a rare sensitivity to it. There are actually some studies that suggest curry and similar spices may have some cardio-protective effects.
