Contact OB now: You may have a placenta previa which will cause bleeding with intercourse. Contact your OB MD now and postpone intercourse until a diagnosis is made by ultrasound.

Depends. : Yes it can be normal. Poistcoital bleeding is common in pregnancy but it can also be from a problem such as infection, dysplasia, or a placental problem. It is best to seek evaluation.

Hard to say: Spotting could just be from the cervix which many times can be from a polyp or just a "meaty"  cervix--due to eversion of the cervix with pregnancy. However, may also be from a low lying placenta or even a prévia.  Therefore, refrain from intercourse until you advise your ob.

No danger: Once A patient receives a CT scan, there is no further danger of radiation  There is no risk to you or you baby

Avoid prolonged: exercise, standing, going on long walks in the mall. Excessive exertion is to be avoided
You should however get out of bed, go cook , go to the bathroom , rest on chair.. 
Dont be completely bed bound because that would increase your risk of forming clots

Urine unreliable: The urine pregnancy test, while accurate depends on the amount of hormone in the urine. This is very variable early on and therefore a neg test does not prove no pregnancy. The blood test is essentially always reliable. If concerned consider having family doc order the serum HCG -the blood test for pregnancy. The spotting neither proves nor disproves pregnancy, but does suggest need to be sure.

Probably OK: Assuming no sharp or very pointed foreign objects, things are probably fine.

Postcoital bleeding: Bleeding after intercourse can be from a number of things such as surface blood vessels, a cervical polyp, infections, cervical cancer. This is something that should be evaluated by your doctor and treated medically through them.

Cervical: irritation or infection can cause bleeding after sex. An exam is needed to be sure, If this is not her first time for intercourse, certainly.
