when i lay down my blood pressure is 116/ 77 , when i am sitting it goes up to 130/99 to 120/94 , its always normal while laying down , but when i am sitting it gets high, would this be hypertension?i didnt receive an answer ... thanks

Blood pressure: Normal blood pressure is systolic blood pressure less than 120 and diastolic less than 80. You would have an elevated systolic blood pressure and stage two hypertension with a diastolic blood pressure greater than 90.

how can i reduce my hypertension(diastolic)? i am losing weight rapidly but my blood pressure is still high. i'm taking candesarten medication for this but it doesn't seem to be working.

Nothing: One single blood pressure reading is no sufficient to make a diagnosis. Diastolic BP of 81 is not suggestive of hypertension.

It's OK: Remember, your blood pressure naturally rises and falls throughout the day, so the concern is when you have persistent elevations over time (days - weeks) or severe fluctuations with high readings.  Always follow up with your doctor about your particular pattern.  The fullness after your meal may be related to the kind of food that you ate but you may have a gastrointestinal issue.  See your doc!!

See below: Having Covid-19 does not exclude other disorders. Should pain can be due to gall bladder disease. If the pain persists, it would be prudent to see your doctor to exclude gallbladder inflammation or stones.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Stage 1: It all depends on when you are taking your blood pressure. But strictly followin classification you would be considered to be in Stage 1 hypertension.

For somone who is 33 I would recommend really getting this under control to avoid future problems.
