Paragard: The copper iud devive is not supposed to affect your cycle. If any it will increase some the amount of bleeding that you see during the first couple of months.  No method is 100%  effective. Always consider pregnancy if you missed yuor period.

These factors can be affected by stress, lack of sleep, weight gain/loss, new exercise regimen, drugs/alcohol, and many more factors. typically, when a person resumes their healthy lifestyle, their menstrual cycle goes back to normal.

: Consult your OBGYN doctor if 2-3 more days result in no period. You could be under stress, have a diet problem, or what is your recent sexual activity? and are you on any medications?

22f 135lbs. my tsh was 1.7 a few months ago and is now 2.3. is this cause for concern or normal fluctuation? my prolactin is 21.7 ng/ml. is this high? tested fasted and on day 26 of menstrual cycle?

: You don't mention what the levels of the rest of the thyroid panel were, if they were done.  . Your prolactin level for a nonpregnant female is normal. In addition the eating, stress and menstrual cycles can cause fluctuations if TSH. I'd be satisfied as long as your result is within normal range.
