Vicks?: If you mean the menthol rub, that is nor for headaches, so best not to. Anything that says "tylenol" on it is fine for headaches.
Check with your obyn for a checkup.

Clexane: pregnant: Clexane is an anticoagulant, used primarily for blood clot prevention.  If you have a severe headache, ask your OB provider to refer you to a neurologist for a possible CT of your skull to make sure there are no other causes for the headache.

See your doctor : A headache is a nonspecific symptom. You could be having UTI or another infection. Please get your doctor to evaluate your symptoms and give you appropriate treatment

Nobody can be 100% sure of the safety of medications like tramadol during pregnancy

Headaches/Pregnancy: Have you discussed with your obstetrician?  Headaches may be associated or exacerbated with pregnancy.  For tension ha you can try tyelenol.  However, given pregnancy i would recommend injections such as trigger points for muscular pain or massage therapy prior.  It may be beneficial to also try acupuncture.
