Yes: Grapefruits and other citrus fruits contain a lot of acid and could delay healing in the mouth. I would suggest that you avoid acidic foods until this ulcer is healed up. If it is not healing see a doctor.

This depends on what: other medications you are taking and on the colon preparation required by the gastroenterologist. Technically it would not be considered a "clear" liquid. It would be best to check with the health care provider performing the procedure as well as your primary health care provider regarding this concern.

: Drinking a glass if grapefruit juice can raise the blood level of klonopin, but I don't think you'll have enough juice from the grapefruit to make a significant difference.

Grapefruit/ juice: may interact with a # of meds to include:  Dexedrine, Adderall, Desoxyn, Ritalin,  Halcion, Versed, Mogodon,  Norvir, Zoloft, Lustral, Lipitor, Mevacor, Zocor, Buspar, Levothyroxine,Xanax, Doral, Valium, Verapamil, Prandon, Luvox, Codiene, Seroquel, Serzone, Oxycodone,  dextromethorphan, Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, (vardenafil) Trazodone, Tegretol, cisapride, etc. Ask your pharmacist for more info.

i take one 20mg tab of accupril (quinapril) each morning. i  use home made marmalade of oranges, grapefruit and lemons. is there any adverse affect from the jam?

No, however: Need to check your BP regularly and keep you doctor's f/u appointments. Also, need to check kidney function tests at least once a year in your age group with HTN and Accupril (quinapril) due to risk of kidney disease.

my husband had to have surgery when he was younger which left him with one testicle .for the past 2 months his testicle sack has grown to the size of a grapefruit . he refuses to go to the doctor.what could this be? i am so worried?

: The most common cause of this problem is hydrocele -- a fluid-filled sac in the scrotum. Usually it's harmless, and easily treated. It probably has nothing o do with his distant past surgery with testicle removal. Do your best to encourage him do see a doctor. Good luck.

Nasal steroid spray: Qnasl is a steroid nasal spray and not an antihistamine.  It is safe to eat with grapefruit and any other food.  No food interactions.  The good effect of nasal steroids may take a couple of days to notice and peak in about a week.  Qnasl is one of 2 nasal steroid sprays that is "dry" rather than wet.
