Speech difficulty

What is the definition or description of: Speech difficulty?

All over numbness(different sensation) on&off 1 y.a.now daily.new speech difficulty, headache, difficulty staying asleep?

My wife was affected by brain hemorrhage 1.5 years back. Now she is having speech difficulty unable to recollect the names of things and persons?

How normal would it be for seroquel (quetiapine) to cause slurry speech, difficulty talking?

Is it normal to have aura migraines with speech difficulty(speaking gibberish) and tingling hands before the migraine so infrequently(once a decade)?
