Hands shake
A hand shake is the social behavior in a large part of the world that involves extending the arm and matching your palm to another persons palm. This involves control of visual, motor, balance and Dopamine producing portions of the brain. The "shaking" of the hand at rest or reaching is called a tremor but may be anxiety based. It is the very same areas of the brain that control both.
