Rotated ears
Posteriorly rotated ears is a facial feature in which a person's ears are somewhat tilted back (left ear rotates clockwise) in comparison to the average person of the same racial/ethnic group. Facial features can be familial (passed from parent to child), or they can sometimes be due to a medical condition.
