Hears pulsating noises
Pulsating intracranial noises is a symptom in which a doctor can hear a pulsing sound (blood flow) on a person's head, using a stethoscope, which may be due to an abnormal blood vessel inside the head. Sometimes, a person can hear pulsating sounds inside his own head, which are abnormal if they are very strong or are persistent sounds.
