Recently diagnosed w/Early stage Fuchs Dystrophy. Diagnosed w/minimal epiretinal membrane 1 yr.ago. Past 2yrs have glare & hazy vision. Fuchs is why?

Seen in ER for 2nd episode in 2 weeks of palpitations,hazy vision,intense head pressure.BP 158/80 (very high for me) .HR. 70s.Ekg abnormal because Nonspecific ST abnormality but normal rhythm. What does that mean and should I follow up on it?
