Foul smelling stools
You might say don't all stools smell foul? E. Coli gives stool its normal bad smell. However, foul-smelling stools smell worse than normal. This could be due to giardia type infections which can cause malabsorption or increased sulfur producing bacteria in the colon which will cause stool to smell worse.
