Emotional disturbance
No single definition, this is not a "scientific" term in the full sense... But any disturbance entails deviation from normal functioning. Abnormality of emotions is not easy to define but the common understanding of "abnormality " probably applies here, meaning it iterferes with smooth every day functioning be it sleep, irritability, lack of enjoyment, isolation, appetite...Etc.
