Science is a method using simplicity, theories and then tests to see if the theory works; always. Clinical trials involve comparing one approach/choice/treatment option with another & checking outcomes. Key methodology is double blind & ideally cross-over design with outcome measures to be used determined in advance. Double blind: neither participants or people near them know who is getting which.
