In 2016-2019 I had hypothalamic amenorrhea from low weight. Now have BMI 20 and 6 week cycles but don't feel well. My TSH, T4, estrogen, cortisol are low normal, progesterone low. Short synacthen was ok. Could it be pituitary/hypothalamus? what to do?
