Newborn freckle rash
Transient neonatal pustular melanosis is a baby rash seen at birth on some babies. The rash is of little blisters that open up and dry up, leaving a spot that looks like a freckle that fades away over some weeks. It is not an infection, and causes no problems in the baby.
