Rectal abscess

Saw doctor today about rectal bleeding for 4 months after perianal abscess surgery. Told that body is cleaning itself out - takes time to heal.

Biopsy July 1: active colitis,acute cryptitis& crypt abscess in colon&rectum. Told GI doc concerned about abscess. No treatment done. Now abscess visible in rectal area. Persistent diarrhea for 12 weeks& wakes me up at night. CRP 1.2,ESR 93. IBD?

Friend had ct scan with rectal contrast. Diverticulosis without hemmorage sigmoid mural abscess bowel thickening. Surgery? No symptoms heart patient.

Have no swelling. Only tenderness in left lower labia/ perineum area. No rectal pain. colonoscopy done. No abscess, fissure or fistula. CT scan with contrast showed heterogeneous uterus with several fibroids. Pap clean. Dr is stumped. Any guesses?
