Epilepsia partialis continua
Epilepsia partialis continua is a condition in which a person has partial seizures (seizures are uncontrolled, repetitive body movements; partial ones do not result in a loss of consciousness and only affect a certain area of the body). Unlike other conditions with partial seizures, these last for a significant amount of time, which could be weeks, months, or years.
