Groin and buttocks numbness
This can be due to a radiculopathy or a neuropathy. Each of these have several causes and need further investigation. Groin and buttock areas are inervated by lumbar nerve roots making up the lumbo sacral plexus which can be affected by masses, infections and neuropathies.
