Paraphimosis
Paraphimosis is when a tight scarred foreskin (phimosis) has been pulled back or retracted over the head of the penis (glans) and is so tight that it can not be reduced or returned to its natural position covering the glans. This causes more pressure and swelling of the glans, making paraphimosis dangerous. Phimosis is inconvenient, paraphimosis is an emergency.
