Sensation of strange smell

I accidentally inhaled weed smoke nasally and experienced burning sensation through my sinuses, now I have loss of smell and taste. Will it come back?

I smell like feces and as though I have not wiped in years.. I have excessive sweat around the anus and a leaking sensation, when i wet wipe its clean?

One more question I had used a lubricant from sex store that caused a cooling sensation and it had fruity smell. After I used something didn't seem right and gyn said I had BV and yeast. I thought it was from that?
