Facial flushing

30 year old male ,I am experiencing facial flushing everyday exactly the same time 1:00pm, this start only at this time at last for a about 2-4hours and then goes away. Been to doctors for allergies, lupus and carcinoid all back negative.

Random dizzy spells, facial flushing, and general fatigue. What could be going on? Do i need to do something about it?
