Black skin discoloration

I am experiencing buttock itch, buttock rash, thigh rash, pimples and black skin discoloration. The following also describe me: Skin redness or irritation, Skin swelling, Rash, Blackheads, Drainage or pus, and Excessive sweating. What should I do?

Was looking at my side and say black marks on skin.Doesn't hurt,not raised and feels like normal skin.No other discoloration. Think its been there?
