Abdominal mass

I am experiencing abdominal lump. The following also describes me: Abdominal mass. What should I do?

I feel an abdominal mass that is above my belly button but moves around and I only feel it when I lay down, what could it be?? It is not painful.

Can a CT scan without contrast detect a abdominal mass or is a ultra sound better if you can not do IV or oral contrast with the CT scan?
