EDTA
EDTA is a synthetic chemical that is used in chelation therapy to treat lead and heavy metal poisoning like mercury, arsenic, aluminum, chromium, cobalt, manganese, nickel, selenium, zinc, tin, and thallium. It has also been used to treat digoxin toxicity although other methods are currently available.
