Severe bleeding after giving birth

I have been bleeding for 3 months after giving birth nonstop. It is light but i want to know if its normal. I'm also on the depo.

Would you say it's average to bleed for 19 days after giving birth? Is there an average window for bleeding? My friend just had a baby 3 weeks ago.

Why would a dnc be done after giving birth? After giving birth to my son, i lost about 4 pints of blood. Although a little fuzzy, i remember the dr saying if they can't stop the bleeding, i'd have to have a dnc. I just remembered shivering and being col
